What We Do

Tracker GPS is a full service GPS and mapping company located in Quesnel, B.C., the center of the Cariboo gold fields. We specialize in GPS applications for the Mining and Forest industry. We use Trimble ProXL GPS units and always differential correct our data. We have a proven track record with 10 years experience and can provide references if requested. We understand your need for prompt and personal service and are committed to providing quality service at a reasonable cost. I can give you the personal and professional attention you require for your GPS and mapping projects.

Forestry

We can handle all aspects of GPS traversing, block and road layout, and have qualified staff to do SP data collection and stream classification. We traverse over a 1000 kms of boundary and roads yearly.

Mining

For the mining industry, we can GPS and map your claims, supplying maps and pictures for assessment. We are also on the approved contractors list. We can also do a full package for conversion of your mining claims to a LPM. We can locate your new MTO cells in the field, and provide maps for your exploration needs. We can verify that spatial data on your claim in the Energy and Mines GIS system is correct. We can also help you apply for the new MTO cells within the Map Selection process. For medium size mining companies, I can traverse and map all your mining interests and give you a complete set of maps to meet your exploration or development needs.

Mapping

We use Microstation as a mapping program, providing the necessary maps you might need.
